SwimPath Resistance Band Set

SwimPath Resistance Bands are made from high quality rubber to ensure maximum life and versatility.

Featuring ergonomic and durable rubber handles, the bands are easy to clean along with a textured, anti-slip design to increase grip and safety during workouts. The bands can be hooked up to any overhead structure that can safely support your weight. The included travel bag makes this an ideal set to take along with you when travelling.

1200mm bands allow for greater ranges of motion, with 5 graded bands of different resistances allowing you to tailor your workouts to your ability and increase difficulty to keep continuously challenge yourself.

The bands can be used simultaneously with one another to create multiple layers of resistance to push yourself. Perfect for upper body, lower body, full body and muscle group workouts.
