foster friend. Life is a Story - story.one

For everyone who has ever missed a friend the way people talk about missing a first love.I used to believe I was the foster friend. The person people stayed with until they found where they really belonged. Then I met someone who made me believe otherwise.During a time when the world felt smaller than ever, a chance connection grew into a friendship that would change everything. What began as a conversation became belonging. What began as kindness became home.Part memoir, part reflection on friendship, grief, and growing up, Foster Friend explores the connections that shape us and the loneliness we rarely talk about. It is a story about finding your person in an unexpected place, about carrying pieces of someone with you long after theyve gone, and about learning that some endings dont erase what came before them.
